Not receiving a reply from us?
We also have an Online WebPortal that is NOT reliant on email.
As email can be stopped by spam filters etc. this provides you with a guaranteed way to communicate with us. So if you do not receive a reply from us, check the Online portal where you will for sure see our response. (Normally it is easier to use the regular forms).
A note on answer time
Please allow up to 7 days for us to reply, in case of peak busy times.
Usually it will be much faster! Please note the most important questions - 'problems with order' are flagged as 'priority' (abuse this special 'priority' at your peril) and 'order status' particularly for 'pre-orders' should not be required in most cases because our 'Release Status' page 'takes care of business' here. The rest are important but not not urgent!
