My Treasured Memories of Elvis Hardcover Book by by Judy Palmer (Author), Mike Freeman.

'My Treasured Memories of Elvis' contains 168 photos, nearly all of them of Elvis, over 112 full color pages. The book is 8" by 10" in size, hard bound cover. Cover design by Betty Harper.

The front cover photo and the title page photo were taken during Elvis Las Vegas engagement, September 1972. Elvis wore a blue suit with silver designs. Judy considers her photographs of this engagement to be her best work. She had learned to take concert photos in available light to avoid the limitations of flash photography.

These same photos were sought after by fans. For a few years Judy sold copies of her work. Judy attended shows in 10 of his 14 Las Vegas engagements, and shows in Portland, Seattle and her hometown, Spokane from 1969 to 1976. Among her highlights are: candid photos of Elvis when Lisa Marie was born, in Memphis, and at his Los Angeles home when Elvis received his first Stutz Bearcat car in 1970. Seattle, November 1970. Elvis wore the white fringe jumpsuit with green macrame belt, which is also seen on the film, 'Elvis That's The Way It Is'. Spokane, April 1973. Elvis was in a white suit with red studs.

In her hometown, Elvis paid a little more attention to her, in one image he seems to sing directly into her camera lens. Seattle, April 1973. Elvis wore the same suit as he did in Las Vegas, September 1972 along with a cape. In the evening show he wore a white, studded suit, with a cape. Las Vegas, September 1973. white Target suit with blue jewels.

Las Vegas, September 1974 at Tom Jones' show. Judy photographed Elvis in the audience being introduced by Tom, and this image is the back cover of her book. She then photographed him on stage clowning with Tom's band.
