When people see 'DHL' occasionally they get the wrong idea as to what this is and have unrealistic expectations.

This is NOT a courier. Do NOT expect regular or courier type tracking updates or courier speeds.

We use DHL Global Mail (DHL eCommerce Asia) for all small parcels because it is fast and eficiant, in comparison to the regular postal service.

While it is FAR superior it is similar in terms of delivery time that can vary wildly due to many factors including how customs are working at any given time. We have seen delivery take over 6 weeks on occasion however, most will find deliver to be MUCH faster.

• It is normal for tracking to not updated for a long time
• Tracking is really only to show you the parcel is on the way to you
• Tracking tells you where a parcel 'has been' it does NOT tell you where it is or when it will arrive

It is normal for tracking to show arrival at a location and then no updates following this for a considerable amount of time. It is NOT an indication the parcel has not moved - only that it has not yet been scanned as reaching the next point - however, it can happen that a scan is missed! This is NOT a courier and these things can and do happen, and it is normal.
