Pre-Order Conditions

Due to the complexity of ordering the products we sell, we do NOT provide an order Status update for pre-order items marked 'Pre-Order | Out Of Stock' - as it is far too involved to be accurate. The products we sell are (mostly) NOT easy to obtain normal retail items.

For 'New Release' please see the 'Release Status' page. The info below is also good guidance for anyone wanting reassurance you have not been forgotten.

What to do?

For reassurance you have not been forgotten???

You can monitor the status of the product in the shop. If it is still pre-order we either have not received the title or have not yet sent out all orders.

If you see that it has changed to 'In Stock' and you have not been notified that your order has been sent, then perhaps you might want to contact us.

If there are 'In Stock' items included in the order along with the 'pre-order' items

Orders containing pre-order items along with in stock items are sent when ALL items are available - except - If we were sending another order to you, if there are items in other orders that we have in stock we would include those and send at the same time.
