About 'Pre-order' items

It is not possible to tell you when we will have pre-order items because our products are (mostly) NOT easy to obtain normal retail items and do not have normal 'retail release dates'. i.e 'in the shop' date.

Because of this (and much more) we keep everyone updated via the Release Status page. You can read a full explanation on that page.

If you ask us for a status of an order that contains a 'pre-order' we will spend time looking up your order and then ask you to please look at the 'release status' page.
